| How do I know how much the postage is when I place a Website order ? |
| When you place your order the Website will automatically calculate the postage based on the product you ordered and your Postcode or your Country of residence. You will be advised of the postage amount before you complete your order. |

| We will exchange your shoes providing they are returned in good order. Additional postage charges may apply for exchanged items. |

| We can Express Post articles wthin Australia for a nominal increase in charges. For instance we can Express Post a pair of Hard Shoes within Australia for just above $10-00. Overseas express post is more expensive. If you want express post email us and we will advise any increase in postal charges. |

| What happens if my shoes develop a fault after purchase ? |
| There is no warranty on pumps or boys reel shoes and these will not be replaced. Hard shoes carry a 3 months manufacturers warranty on faulty workmanship. Any use of oils or leather stretch products will void warranty.Please contact us immediately if any faults develop. |

| How do I know what shoe size to order ? |
| If you are unsure of the shoe size to order, trace the childs bare foot on a piece of paper, measure in a straight line between the heel and the top of the big toe.Send that measurement in centrimetres to us through the Email Contact below, let us know if you are ordering Soft or Hard shoes, we will email you the shoe size to order. |

| Can I return a Wig if the colour is not correct ? |
